What are your product editions and prices?We have two products. Zanibal Enterprise offers the functionality and support needed for the most demanding enterprises. Zanibal Professional offers a sub-set of the Enterprise functionality. To learn more about the differences between our two editions, click here. |

What are the deployment options?Zanibal does not believe customers should be forced to choose their deployment option based on the software vendors' business model. We have learned from our customers that they require different deployment options depending on their stage of growth, IT resource availability and the level of comfort of having a third-party manage their information. In order to give customers maximum flexibility, we offer our products in a hosted environment (Zanibal On-Demand) or as software that is downloaded and deployed on your servers behind your firewall (Zanibal On-Site). Customers can easily move between these existing deployments options depending on their needs. Zanibal On-Demand Unlike other hosting providers, Zanibal On-Demand can be easily migrated when a customer decides they would like to bring their solution inside of their firewall. On-Site |

How quickly can I deploy the software?Zanibal was built using a state-of-the-art J2EE architecture to ensure flexibility and preformance. Gone are the days when your company would spend months budgeting and planning to deploy a CRM system. Users can be up and running in 15 minutes. |

Can I migrate between deployment optionsYes. If you would like to move from On-Demand to On-Site, we will pack your information and install it on your own servers. From On-Site to On-Demand, we can import your Zanibal instance to our servers. |

How do I access the Zanibal application?Regardless of deployment options, all Zanibal information is accessible through a standard web browser. |

How are your products priced?Subscriptions for Zanibal Enterprise and Zanibal Professional are sold in 6-month or one year increments.

Is support included in your products?Yes. Subscriptions to Zanibal Enterprise include our extended support plan. Subscriptions to Zanibal Professional include our standard support plan. Is Zanibal's hosted solution secure?Zanibal delivers a very secure hosted application that is housed in our highly redundant data center and accessed only through secure browser connections. |

What are the hardware/software requirements needed to run Zanibal?The Zanibal application suite runs easily in single-user mode on either a Macintosh or a PC with as little as 256 MB of memory. On more current server technology, such as a dual Opteron 2.8 GHz processor with 4GB of memory, the Zanibal application suite will be able to service hundreds of concurrent users on a single machine. Zanibal and the required applications can be installed and managed on one server, or the applications can be installed onto many servers to offer more scalability and operational throughput. How do I get my current data into Zanibal?You can easily import data from other applications, or even just a standard spreadsheet using the standard Comma Separated Value (CSV) format. You can import directly into the database or use our data migration packages/web services to assist you with importing your data.
