BANKING DEMO

Demonstrates how Zanibal CRM & SFA features can be leveraged to transform the front office capabilities of a financial services institution. Key features in the demo include: Lead Capture, Case Management integrated with online banking, Loan Applications & Account Creation business processes using our workflow engine.

The demo uses the web site and online banking application of a hypothetical bank called "Demo Bank", and a Zanibal application configured using our "Banking Template". Use the following script to explore the demo:

• Open a browser window to demo bank's website and create a lead by subscribing to the banks newsletter. Follow the link to the record in Zanibal to view the new lead. When prompted, log into the zanibal application using username: banking & password: banking123.
• Log into the banks online banking application, view the transaction details of the checking account, open a checking account transaction and inquire on it by entering notes on the transaction. You will see a case record created within Zanibal for the customer's account.
• From the online baking application update the account's contact information.
